Roller-Type Veneer Dryer (AF-VD-2400, 24 m³/day)

The AF-VD-2400 is our mid-capacity roller veneer dryer, designed for plywood, LVL and decorative-veneer mills producing 8,000–15,000 m³ of finished panels per year. Eight independently controlled heating zones with PID loops give you precise control over the moisture-gradient curve — critical for face-grade and marine-plywood quality.

Available heating media: hot water from biomass boiler (most common), natural gas direct-fired, thermal-oil, or steam from existing boiler. Heating source is selected to match your factory infrastructure.

What's included in the standard scope of supply

• Main dryer body with 8 heating zones, insulation cladding, access platforms
• Inlet and outlet roller conveyors with automatic centering
• Cross-cut and stacker station at the dryer exit
• Siemens S7-1500 PLC with 10" HMI and recipe management (20 recipes)
• Humidity and temperature sensors at every zone, online moisture meter at exit
• Spare parts kit (bearings, belts, sensors, contactor set) — 2 years of normal wear
• CE documentation, electrical schematics, operation & maintenance manual (English)

Typical installation timeline

• Month 1-4: Engineering, manufacturing, in-house pre-assembly and FAT
• Month 5: Sea freight to your port (CIF or FOB)
• Month 5-6: On-site installation, commissioning, operator training (4-6 weeks)
• Month 7: Performance test, sign-off, start of warranty period
