About this machine
The AF-PB-12 is our mid-range automatic PET bottle blowing machine, producing 12,000 bottles per hour from 200 ml to 2,000 ml formats. Designed for water, CSD, juice and edible-oil bottlers who need reliable mid-volume output without the capital cost of a 40,000+ BPH rotary system.
9-zone infrared preform heating with closed-loop temperature control delivers uniform material distribution — even on 2,000 ml formats where cold spots cause bottle-failure rejects on lesser machines.
Integration with upstream / downstream equipment
- Upstream: Preform supply via automatic loader (included)
- Downstream: Connects directly to our AF-FC-12 filler-capper and AF-LB-12 labeler for a complete 12,000 BPH line
- Air supply: Oil-free compressor (4.0 MPa, 12 m³/min) — we can supply as part of a complete-line package
