About this machine
The AF-C250 is our compact 5-axis CNC machining center, designed for high-precision machining of complex parts in a single setup. The combination of a high-rigidity cast-iron base, direct-drive torque motors on the rotary axes, and thermal-stabilized spindle delivers ±0.003 mm repeatability — class competitive with European-built machines at a substantially lower price.
Typical workpieces: aerospace brackets, medical-implant blanks, optical housings, robotics components, and die/mold cores.
Direct-drive torque motors
No backlash on A/C axes, no wear over time, ±0.001° positioning. Eliminates the periodic recalibration required by worm-gear rotary tables.
Thermal-stabilized spindle
12,000 rpm HSK-A63 spindle with oil-chiller thermal stabilization. Z-axis thermal drift < 5 μm over 8 hours of continuous operation.
Siemens or Heidenhain control
Your choice of Siemens Sinumerik ONE or Heidenhain TNC 640. Both controls supported by our application engineers and spare-parts inventory.
