About this machine
The AF-HP-1000 is our mid-capacity hydraulic press for metal forming, deep-drawing, powder compaction, composite layup and forging applications. Available in 800, 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500-ton variants — all sharing the same control platform and spare-parts inventory, so customers with multiple presses simplify their maintenance.
Standard closed-loop pressure control holds ±1% of setpoint across the full stroke. Optional servo-hydraulic package reduces energy consumption by ~30% compared to conventional proportional-valve systems.
