About this machine
The AF-PE-110 is a complete PVC pipe extrusion line for manufacturers producing pressure pipes (PN 6 / PN 10 / PN 16) and drainage pipes in the Ø 16 – 110 mm range. Conical twin-screw extruder with 30:1 L/D ratio handles both virgin PVC and high filler-load formulations (up to 30 phr CaCO₃) without throughput loss.
Standard scope of supply includes 4 die heads (Ø 20 / 32 / 50 / 110 mm). Additional die heads for Ø 16 / 25 / 40 / 63 / 75 / 90 mm available as optional extras.
Quality & process control
- Online pipe-diameter measurement (laser, ±0.05 mm) at the calibrator exit
- Wall-thickness measurement via ultrasonic sensor (optional)
- Recipe management stores 50+ formulations with one-touch changeover
- SPC data export to customer MES / ERP via OPC-UA
